As a manufacturer of large bolted connections for industry, we have been able to identify certain main areas of application over the years:
Interested parties can use these to identify typical bolting solutions on a wide variety of systems. From a technical point of view, the requirements are different in each area of application. A classification of the bolting helps to determine the permissible loads and required safeties.
